This is the really hard part, cos there are so many blogs I love to read. I have chosen Yoyo, Bronny, Karen, Faby, Bonnie & Kate. I better stop there or the list will be endless!!

Now, I promised some pictures of DD performing Taiko on Tuesday, so here they are. I was so proud of her. She takes part in both the beginner and advanced groups, so she performed all the songs in each of the 3 performances.

I have finally taken a photo of myself - a very hard thing to get me to do!! lol

I thought it would be worth showing what I did look like before my weight loss journey began two years ago. Back then I weighed 138 kilos (304lb)- scary huh? We found some measurements we had done then as well - now that is a real eye opened. The weirdest thing is that before I had huge trouble buying clothes. Now I still have trouble, because those are the sizes that sell out first cos that is what most of the population is wearing lol

You know - I never really thought I had a fat face either. Sheesh.

Just goes to show what a difference it makes having a supportive family and loving partner can do. There is no way I could have done it on my own. I struggled with it for years, not realising what the real problem was. Now, just have to get this belly sorted out - I am still cautiously optimistic, it seems to be behaving ....... so far!!!
